All floor items are being sold on as it is basis (no fabric change, no any structure change. Just polish change if possible).
Customer can pay via cheque, Cash or Credit/debit Card.
Maximum period allowed for a customer, who wants delivery after some period for any floor item, he will have to pay full amount of item, will be Fifteen Days.
If someone wants hold item/items, he will pay 25% of item and pay remaining amount on next day. In case of late payment, MAHARAT Has Right to Sale that item/items. And customer paid amount adjusted in any other item. No return
Delivery of items will be done after full payment at outlet.
Exchange is valid on for one day only. Transportation Charges will be borne by customer. Exchange is not valid on clearance items. No return at all.
Estimation is valid for one week only.
50% advance for booking order.
Customer has no right of order cancelation/exchange.
Customer cannot view raw item.
We give our customer two years warranty of Wood and Ten years warranty of foam used is upholstered items.
No warranty will be given for decorative items, fabric, glass and handles.
The complaint will be solved in 7 working day.
Transportation charges (after sale service) if any will be bome by customer.
